Venus Workshop!

So, we had a highly enjoyable time 

yesterday at Shanti Garden in Nippori.

昨日は、日暮里のシャンティガーデンにて

とてもいい時間を共有させていただき

ました。

First, we talked about chakras and 

the energy field, then demonstrated 

how to clear and harmonize it using 

aroma oil and crystals. 

はじめに、チャクラやエナジーフィールド

の話をし、アロマオイルやクリスタルを使い

浄化や調和の仕方を実際にやってみました。

We moved on to learn how to

 activate Venus-ruled, Southeast corner 

of your room with crystal grids. 

次に　金星支配の東南を

クリスタルグリッドでアクティベートする

方法を学びました.。

（Scapolite, Herkimer Diamonds, Zincite 

　スキャポライト、ハーキマーダイヤモンド、ジンカイト）

（Flourite, Jasper, Carnelian, Yunakite, Topaz etc.

フローライト、ジャスパー、ユナカイト、トパーズなど）

Next, we learned how to meditate 

with crystals most effectively 

and also covered how to 

create a vision board. 

次に、ステップバイステップで

クリスタルメディテーションの効果的な

方法、また、目標実現のための

ヴィジョンボードの作成法を話し

Finally, we programmed a clear quartz 

and finished with a beautiful group meditation! 

最後には、全員で　クリアクオーツの

プログラミングを実践→

グループ瞑想に終わりました。

I saw the room inundated with 

the divine light and felt a tremendous 

sense of peace engulfing all of us. 

瞑想では、部屋が神聖な白い光に

満たされ、全員が平穏なエネルギーで

包まれるのが感じました。
